Last year I had surgery on my right leg,and now I'm have sharp pain going up my left leg.Could I hold a bone cyst or even a tumor,or maybe a break?I need relief.

I would doubt anything you mention have anything to do with your surgery, but if it was broken, you'd know it! As for other cause, you'll need to see a doctor. It might even be a pinched nerve within you back, and a chiropractor could do the job.
