I hold to hold a really suitable strong drink every darkness so I can sleep. Does that fashion me an alcoholic?
I only have two of them and one and only do it because I can't relax at night. I am not a couch potatoe.

It means you hold a medical problem and need to find out why you can't relax. You should try techniques that do not require alcohol. Too much alcohol will poision your liver. Over time your body will adjust to the two drinks and not work. Then you'll involve 3. then 4, then subsequent think you know you are drunk and an alcholic. If you must have a drink and can't stop from doing so, yes, you're an alcoholic. Just approaching someone who is prescribed medicine on a need singular basis, or exceedes the dosage, they everntually become dependant on it, and it no longer works, and they are hooked. Be careful, alcoholism and or addiction can ruin your duration.What is ur evaluation on this one?
Yep, that's alcohol dependency.Have you tried other things to relax? There are alot of other things that work, but if you immediately go straight to the alcohol in need even trying anything else, I would say you have a problem beside it.
If you feel you "have" to have alchohol I would voice yes, that would make you alcoholic,please speak to your doctor or physician about this back it becomes a problem.

I don't think it's very apt for your health.Try different things before going to bed close to exercise ( yoga ) or read a book, or listen to soft music. Put pj's on, lay in bed.
