I hold two question in connection with dull pain surrounded by bones (Injuries)

I have a sprained right toe. It hurts when I press it but it doesn't that bad because I can stroll and move it so I know it isn't broken.

Question is: How long will it heal? It's been a week.

I enjoy a pain in the bone below the knees. What can I do to reduce the pain?

Answer:    First one: It could cart a month or a week or two. Depends how bad you sprained it. It most of the time takes approaching 2 weeks though. If it lasts longer than a month you should check it out.
Second one: Ice maybe? If you dont know the result in of it, ask a doctor or a close friend. In other words, tell me more about it. .
Advil for the throbbing and swelling and ice for swelling. If it hurts to press it don't press it. lol It sounds like a sprain so try not to do any excessive exercises and stay of it as much as possible for a couple weeks. im not doc but try not to move it and put rime or heating pads on it
hope this help

Sprains can take anywhere up to roughly 8 weeks to heal. Pain below the knee, rime and heat swap every 20 mins w/ ibuprofen. Pain killers do wonders. It will pocket a while unless you pop it ack into place yourself..
Joints take a while to heal ILL TAKE A WHILE BUT PUT ICE THATS IT...UM TRY PULLING TI...IT MIGHT WORK... =].
