I hurt my ankle on my trampoline?
A couple days ago I was doing layout fulls on my trampoline for the first time and I landed grotesque on my ankle and it twisted a little. It didnt hurt that much. When I twist it in a minute, it only hurts a little bit. Will this budge away? Is it possible its sprained a little? I can do everything else fine like running and stuff short it hurting. And is there a way to no verbs your ankle on a trmapoline? Thanks!

Dear Jessica,yes, you have got ankle sprain Grade I. And at hand is difficult no twist in ankle when we land on the trampoline.
Sprain refers to damage or tearing of ligaments or a cohesive capsule.
When excessive force is applied to a joint, the ligaments that hold the bones together may be torn or dog-eared. This results in a sprain, and its seriousness depends on how badly the ligaments are torn. Any mutual can be sprained, but the most frequently injured joints are the ankle, knee, and finger.
There are three grades of sprains. Grade I sprains are mild injuries where on earth there is no tearing of the ligament, and no collective function is lost, although there may be tenderness and slight swelling.
Grade II sprains are cause by a partial tear in the ligament. These sprains are characterized by explicit swelling, extensive bruising, pain, difficulty bearing shipment, and reduced function of the joint.
Grade III, or third degree, sprains are cause by complete tearing of the ligament where in attendance is severe pain, loss of joint function, universal swelling and bruising, and the inability to bear weight. These symptoms are similar to those of bone fractures.
Grade I sprains and mild strains are usually self-diagnosed. Grade II and III sprains are normally seen by a physician, who x rays the area to differentiate between a sprain and a fracture.
Grade I sprains and mild strains can be treated at home. Basic first aid for sprains consists of RICE: Rest, Ice for 48 hours, Compression (wrapping contained by an elastic bandage), and Elevation of the sprain above the level of the heart. Over-the-counter strain medication such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Motrin) can be taken for pain.
Sprains can be prevented by warming-up before exercising, using proper lifting technique, wearing properly fitting shoes, and taping or bracing the joint.

you probably just land on it funny, i would recommend if the pain consists you go see your doctor, it may be nil but its better same than sorry, he may just per-scribe some pain re-leavers, but at smallest it will get rid of the pain while it heal!
i used to sell trampolines and there are a few ways to prevent injury, one never wear shoes when using it, two solitary have one person on the trampoline at any time and three if underneath the age of 16 make sure there is a sanctuary net. And try bouncing in the center of the mat consequently there is less risk of hurting yourself and NEVER lunge off the trampoline!

I know exactly what you mean. Even though I'm singular 11, I used to do gymnastics, too! I was a level 8, and my friend have a trampoline, too, and she was a level 7. We would other go on her tramp and do layout fulls, and layouts, but you need to hang on to off of it for a while, and if you can wrap ice around it, it will definately aidYou probably spranged it, you should put some ice on it and it will go away. I streched my hamstring when I was doing the splits, and I relaxed it and now I touch better.

its probably sprained a little but not much.. id achieve it checked out just in grip if ur doing something and all of a sudden it hurts ull need to know if its serious or only just minor.If you break your wrist, any bone within it, is it possible that it would not bruise or swell?
