when i was praticing it jumped and land and my knee had for a while pop then for the next 5 mins it kept hurting when i bend my knees all the way it have a little sharp pain i tried comparing the moving ment contained by my knee just below my kneecap when i move i all the way contained by has a little pop entry but on my ok knee it doesnt do that is hurt my knees like two hours ago it doesnt hurt as bad very soon but it hurts when i bend it all the way and when i run whats wrong did i injure myself resembling a sprain or what?

its possible that you sprained your acl, which is semi-serious. if the pain continues, step to a doctor but wait a few days to see if the swelling goes down or if near is any bruising. it doesn't sound like a hole, which is what I have. When I tore my ACL, I could not run on it and when I did, I fell over. Its probably just swelling below your knee but I highly doubt its anything serious. see how you perceive tomorrow, and if you truly think you'll be okay then play but don't push yourself.
