I a moment ago burned my finger on a curling iron, back?
It's red swollen and stings like anything. What do I use to treat a burn?
Answer: Burn Nurse here.
Don't pop the blister unless you're looking for pain. It's the body's track of beginning the healing process and give relief by the formation of fluid within the burned nouns.
Vaseline is a no-no especially if you were burned with an sharp, or other nasty household item. It's not that it keeps the bake in, it keeps the substance on your skin longer as very well as demotes healing properties because your skin can't breath. We do use vasaline type products later within the healing stages to keep skin from drying out.
Simple burns are gone to dry after say a cool moist soak of the affected nouns. If the burn blister pops (or if it doesn't, u can still use this), silvadene cream is the med of choice for my patients.
These heal completely within a week..
apply HOT wet as hot as you can tolerate as soon as possible after a burn (all old experienced cooks know to apply heat as speedily as possible) to minimize the damage.
IF you have a homeopathic remedy resembling Cantharis and or Urtica urens 30C or 200C potency (I have a liquid remedy bottle on appendage near the stove and I take the dose vocally and on the wound so the pain goes away highly quickly and do not have to resort to the warmth method.
the Australian Bush Flower Essences Solaris is good for all kind of burns as well and will speed healing.

The track I make a remedy bottle, using a dropper bottle from health food store or pharmacy and steep it halfway up with distilled wet. Then add 1/4 vodka. I then tag on 3 pills of my chosen remedy and succuss 30 times (hit on the heal of my hand) then the dose is one drop. I hit the make well of my hand a couple of times between each dose.
IF within pain from a burn I repeat ever minute at first and less regularly as the drop lasts longer I do not take the remedy if I do not own any pain though. Keep away from electrical, magnetic field. (lamps, computers and microwave sort of things.)
.
Do NOT use Vaseline... it will only seal within the heat.
Run your finger under cold marine for 10 minutes (but no longer) every 45 minutes or so. You can take a Tylenol for the pain.
You can dress the site near a NON adhesive piece of gauze but no bandaid.
.
I agree with the third answer. I consider you should put it in cold water or rime on it, let the water run for a while . The push button to burns is to get the heat out of them. I do not believe you should time it. Just consent to it stay under the cold or ice marine as long as you can. Put your finger in ice dampen and keep it there until the dull pain does not return when you remove it.
(Ideally, this is something you do immediately upon being burned, so probably more sustain to you next time it happens than immediately.).
If it forms a blister, use a STERLIZED needle and pop the top of the blister and drain it (do not remove the top of the blister -- just deflate it)...
If within is no blister, try to get some aloe vera and rub the red area. .
yes no vaseline, cold dampen and ice also could be used, get burn tube ( non prescription from supermarket)to apply and confer on it naked
Dont' type on it..
Try some vaseline.
