I just had my ankle cast taken off and was wondering if I would be able to swim and ride a bike?

Answer:    swimming is good it is supported exercise and will help to strengthen the muscles that have wasted.

as would will be using it but with no weight applyed also swimming in a no/low compound sport so it wont jar the bones that are still technically "healing"

swimming is one of the best forms of exercise after an injury or break just take it easy!.
No its not strong enough get some physiotherapy first to strengthen your ankle. pedro..pedro..
Could you ride a bike and swim before the cast went on? One or the other, sure. But BOTH? I don't think so...

Plus, it's not good for the bike.
