Easiest possibility is that you jsut go too big too fast. go support down and see what happens.

Unfortunately, I rather suspect you get a bit of an infection. You'll need to do teh following several times each hours of daylight until it subsides.

1) Sterilize the plugs by boiling them for 15 minutes.
2) Meanwhile disinfect both sides of the piercing with soap and water follwoed by iodine or peroxide.
3) Cover the piercing near antibiotic ointment before reinserting th plu.

If it fail to improve after 3-5 days or if gets worse afterwards see your doctor to discuss using antibiotic pills and/or minor surgery to fix teh problem.
