Wash with soap and hose down and continue to keep verbs. You can apply neosporin. If it puffs up and or oozes then nearby is an infection and you would need to see your doctor. Wash it with soap and reheat water. Then some peroxide if you have it. Then I'd generate sure to put some sort of antibiotic or neosporin on it. Covering it wouldn't hurt either.
