I own a horrible sleep routine and I dislike intensely it! Any suggestions?
School is almost here and i Have a VERY unhealthy sleep routine. i go to bed almost 12-1 am and wak up around 9-10. i hate it! i feel run down and groggy adjectives day! i want to go to bed around 8:30-10 and stir up around 6-7. any natural sleeping remedies i can use to get to bed in advance and wake up refreshed?
Answer: finish everything you do... try to relax..If you stipulation buy some sleeping pills at start.. maybe a two... then it will be a dutiful start ..try to sleep in the same hour surrounded by the evening..
Try this one weekend..
Stay up VERY late Fri night, and pilfer a 3-4 hour "nap". Wake up early and force yourself to do things outside and away from the house. No more naps for the year.
Eat a light dinner no later than 6:30 and no caffiene an hour back bedtime. Maybe take a brisk 15-20 minute walk around 7:30. By 8:30 or 9, you will be tired and set for bed...
I would go to the drug store and buy some diphenydrimine. This will help you catch your body back to a regular sleep cycle. Take it about 30 minutes until that time bed, and your body will reregulate itself.
