i have a really bad headache. i put vicks on my forhead and went to sleep for 2 hrs. yeah when i get up my head felt sticky but i felt better aand when i shook my team leader i felt no pain. its been an hr since i woke up and my commander is starting to throb again. would a cold shower help? any tips on how to get rid of it would be sooo appreciated! thank you :)
