You should go to the Dr, but if he say take a panadol or something inoying like that, I suggest to call in a cranial osteopath, I use to have headaches really bleak all the time, now i run to the cranial osteopath and it seems to keep them away i know how to win rid of a headache first if its on ur right side of ur head use ur left foot and vice versa what u do is put ur them and pointer finger in themiddle between ur other thumb and pointer finger and sqeeze theres a nerve near andit will hurt a little but ur headache goes away.
Any headache which last for more then two days is reason for concern. Please any go to the ER or see your doctor. This can be due to high blood pressure, big or low glucose (blood sugar) etc. Until you go to doctor put an ice pack on the put money on of your neck and side of head lay down and relax consistency better
