I hold a sharp strain right underneath my right shoulder blade.. What can it be it?

It feels like someone keep pinching my muscle? Sometime when i breath it pinches a little more but it goes away. Its right underneath my right shoulder blade roughly speaking 5 inch away from my spine. I do workout regularly. Its not painful but its a really annoying pinching sensation. Has anyone had that problem? Or know what it can be? Pinched backbone? If so how can i get rid of it?

YES! I've totally had that past.very annoying, I know.
What worked best for me is warming up the muscle near a heating pad for going on for 15-20 minutes, and then gently stretching it out by crossing my arm across the front of my body. It took in the region of 3-5 days of doing this throughout the day and night when I have time to do it, but it made all the difference!! Just listen to your body and stretch how it feels best. Sometimes doing d¨Ścolletage stretches helps too.cuz it's all connected.
Also, taking nearly 800 mg of ibuprofen a day helped near the discomfort and to reduce any inflammation.
