I know I shouldn't smoke. I was a VERY heavy smoker. I quit...for angelic. But not up until 4 weeks ago. Any ideas on what to do...Does Niacin really work? Water? Cranberry Juice?

Lots of water does work but it will end in a diluted test result. Probation, etc. calls this a positive. You should be verbs if it has been truely 4 weeks. Between in a minute and then drink water. Pee up to that time you go there as much as possible. first morning urine is other dirtier. Good luck. The only fail risk-free is time.

Why does my arm twitch?

You can attempt to dialute your urine with water previously the test (by drinking, the urinating, then drinking more, next urinating...repeat until urine is clear as water)...however you are probably busted, as you were a heavy smoker and the stuff is probably stored throughout your body.

Only do this on the morning of the urinalysis.

p.s. I have little to no sympathy for people who pop on piss test..as they probably knew WAY before they stopped that they shouldn't be doing this...
