ive been having distress in my shins and ankles i have be riding bikes a lot and i am not getting a lot of sleep. their is also bruises? whats the problem
Answer: Best guess is shin splints...they are thoroughly painful...try buying a cheap dr scholls heel cup to put in your shoe for shock digestion. if this does not work see someone about getting arch supports, shin splints are often associated beside high arches that are unsupported.
