I also had poor posture like yours. I go to the chiropractor and he gave me these long rubber tube-like exercise bands to use. Do multiple exercises next to these to work out the area directly behind your shoulders to strengthen your scraggy area. Once you have used the rubber exercise band daily for about 1-2 months, work your channel up to doing weight training for the same nouns. Use a rowing machine, lat pull down gadget, etc.Periodically walk over to the wall and align your posture with that. When you achieve the chance, walk around the house beside a book on your head. It will make you awfully aware of your posture.
