I enjoy really doomed to failure knees an ankles the doctor say aloud to drink more milk an my bones are really lacklustre

but the problem is i cant stand what can i do besides drink milk like i sit criss cross or stand for less consequently a half hour with out them swelling up and smouldering what should i do ?

Answer:    Listen to your doctor, stop drinking soda, and do what he says!!.
