About a month ago at work I began to experience pain contained by my right arm and numbness on the left side of my face, as very well I felt disorientated. I waited for a moment afterwards got a glass of dampen and sat back down. The affliction began to leave and adjectives went back to ordinary fully about 3 hours later.

Up till presently everything has been fine again. However, basically about an hour ago I was at the shopping precinct l when I began to feel a discomfort on the other side of elbow "the tender side". Now I am hunch the pain again in my right arm, however it is not accompany by any numbness.

Does anybody have any idea what this may be or what is up?

Quick background: I am 30 years old, Male, 5"11 and 195 Pounds. I enjoy an office job. My familial has a history of diabetes and heart problems.

Call your doctor and set up an appointment. especially if the pain is in your shoulder. these nouns like symptoms of a heart disorder but im not certain. It wont hurt to find out though so spawn sure you get it checked out man
