When I play guitar for a while, my left wrist literally makes a big Crunch echo and i can feel the inside of the wrist move when it happens... this happen a lot... I want to know, is it Bad for me?

Answer:    It is not enough calcium within bones.
Sound like Carpal tunnel syndrome to me. Yep, it becomes to some extent serious if left. See the doctors. It happens to copious people involving their risks, like piano, guitar, typing, tennis...
But, usually an operation(if bad) treats them- if they're lucky. sounds close to carple tunnel. this is very painful. i would check next to a doctor
