I really tore my back up while racing my dirt bike when I be 19. I know have a degenerative disk between my L5 and S1 and bulging discs above that. It causes me chronic niggle and it usually is pretty extreme. In the last few days the pain is so intense that my toes give the impression of being numb and I can barely walk for longer than a few minutes. This is more intense than it ever have been.

methadone helped me. it is inexpensive too. But i get off of it after 4 yrs. of taking it. I think the side effects i have were really tired and it was effecting my teeth"i think" but, a cramp management doctor would assist you with the tablets and follow how you do with it.
