I realize this is extremely gruesome and would never ASK the famly...because some things are better departed unsaid...?

You remember the fatal shark attack at Solana Beach, CA yesterday? The shark had pushed the poor man (victim) out of the dampen...and from what i understand he yelled.."shark"...how long as contained by minutes did the poor guy have before he go unconscious cuz he was bleeding out? I freshly hope he did NOT feel much pain; but i am afraid he did...
Answer:

Diclofenic or co-codamel which i should drop bad first?

As far as "bleeding out" that depends on where on earth the punctures were, and if any pressure was applied. I would assume from the vastness of the described instance it would be only a few minutes. As for the pain, he most plausible went into shock in second so he probably only felt a crack or warming sensation, but no real throbbing as you or I would associate it with something like hitting your finger next to a hammer. What species of shark was it? That also plays a role...where on earth a bull-shark is very aggressive and usually causes the most seaside associated fatalities yearly, but then again if it be a Great White I would say he would have bled out deeply fast and was noticeably in shock from the blunt force trauma and shear size of the bite this animal is capable of inducing.

I hold a fractured C2 vertebrae very soon 3 1/2 months thats not salutary.?

Its a rock-hard question, because at some point when something traumatic like that happen adrenaline kicks in and the brain doesn't transmit agony. I have seen interviews near victims that said they didn't feel pain until they woke surrounded by the hospital and I'm sure that there have be victims that felt it from the start of the attack.
All I know is if something like that happen to me, I hope the adrenaline kicks in!! Poor Guy!

First aid?

I amputated my finger within a shop accident and didn't feel any distress until after the corrective surgery that reattached it and the anesthetic started to subside. D.Q. is correct. Also, when large amounts of blood are lost, the body goes into shock which is the primary grounds of death in traumatic accident. The shark attack victim most likely go to sleep and never woke up.

What happen if you munch through carmex? It say hold on to out of make of children?

Your brain can be deprive of oxygen for about 4 min before you become knocked out. Depending on how long it took to bleed, he could have been conscious from 4 min or until he go into shock from blood loss.
