I entail assistance falling asleep! Any tips?
okay i've been awake for like 3-4 days i can't sleep. i speak to this guy at night cuz i guess i can't sleep without him i dunno but this merely started i fell asleep on the phone a couple of night but it was at 3 or 4 surrounded by the morning. well last darkness i took a sleep aid and a benadryl and slept great! but i can't be doing that all the time. i need back getting sleep at night. i often sleep during the hours of daylight when i should be awake and ya! i just dk what to do. if anyone could help me i would appricate it. im 15 if that make a difference.
Answer: I would suggest first going to the doctor and seeing if you have any sleeping disorder and the cause of this. I presume most of this kind of problems (insomnia, headaches or migraines, etc) are because of the each day stress. I’m going to suggest some natural remedies that had be working on my family for years.
There’s an oil that my mother-in-law uses name Melissa bath essence (relaxing and soothing), she’s supposed to take a tub whit this oil but she doesn’t really have the time for the 15 minutes tub so what she does is to put her feet into a warm marine container (the hottest you can handle the better) for about 10 minutes and puts give or take a few 5 drops of this oil into the water and while she does this, she’s checking up her emails or watching some tv show. Then quickly she goes to sleep. She suffered insomnia for many years and at the germ she used to add into the water in the region of 5 drops of an oil named “ant-stress” for a few months, consequently she didn’t needed it anymore and uses just the Melissa oil.
I hold a two years old son that used to sleep into my husband’s and my bed and I made the transition to his own bedroom and crib. He awakes several times in the dark so I tried the Melissa oil as well. Every dark I give my son’s his last bottle and while he’s drinking I rub ONE drop of this grease into his soles of the feet and since then he sleeps so tight ‘till subsequent morning. I’m not afraid of using this because this is a natural product that doesn’t develop dependence.
These oils are concentrated so a few drops works clearly and last for ever!

First of all, you should cut out sleeping during the day rather. Second, try taking a warm bath/shower before bed and bear about a half an hour a short time ago to relax before you actually walk to bed. Another thing I found helpful is to find one of those water fountain things that you can find at any wal-mart or outlet store. Try listening to some soothing music, that also help. If nothing else seems to minister to, you should probably see your doctor. They can prescribe some Ambien, Lunesta, or even something else for short-term use. You need to sleep, honey. :) This is common for teens. Especially contained by the summer, when there is no set schedule. Cut out caffeine completely. Try exercising previously bedtime, and this will tire you. You should be sleeping better right away.
