I achieve dizzy spells and no business what I do, the dizziness simply comes and go.?
sometimes i also get a thumping in my ear. I enjoy seen many doctors, thinking it may be nerves contained by my neck, but they dont know what it is. Any help?

Sometimes high blood pressure cause dizzy spells and thumping in the ears but if you said you went to heaps doctors it should have been detected if that be the case.
