I sprained my ankle about half a year ago. There be internal bleeding and my ankle turned purple. Now it's healed but the bone or something got for a while bigger than the one in my other ankle.

What happened? Will it shift away?

Answer:    it's not the bone that's bigger, it's the ligament. I've had several sprained ankles I hate to say-so, but I've experienced the same thing that you describe. but when the ligament heal itself there's now scar tissue remaining that make it appear larger than it was before. you'll receive used to it..
