its really dirty and its burning and itching and i havent had one of them shots since i was resembling 11 and now im 17.. is there anyway i can trade name it better without getting a shot? I really dont like them...

try to disfect it beside hydrogen peroxide or try talking it out with a sterilized hypodermic then put an antibacterial oinment on itbut the best thing to do is find the shot you never know what can happen =)

I think you hold an infection. You probably won't need a tetanus shot since they're good for roughly speaking 10 years but if your foot is infected you will probably need some antibiotics pills.
