I stowed my wrists...how do i trademark em alleviate briskly??
i was skateboarding and i fell beckwards and extended my arms to catch my body...adjectives my weight (200 lbs.) landed on my wrists
my mom say i stowed them...
whenever i move my wrists, they hurt...very sore
i need them by saterday.
anything i can do to net em better?
Answer: Rest, do anything to keep yourself from moving your wrists...it takes time for them to make well.I've fell quite a few times on my ankles and a sprain sounds is probably minor...so chances are you will NOT enjoy them healed up by saturday..
you basically "locked" your wrists. Meaning what you did is push the front bone against the backbone one and possibly twisted it as well. If the hurting continues you may have to see a doctor, nearby are very tiny bones and legiments in that section of your body and you dont want to damage your growth area which is where on earth you bend your wrist. If it is extremely painful you need to see medical lend a hand Soak your hands and wrists in hot dampen with Epsom Salts added to it. Do this two or three times a day. Should give a hand in no time.
