What should I do? It's my little toe, it still hurts to touch and sometimes move it, but the pain isn't a problem, I just want to know if it's gonna wreak any permanent effects.

most likely merely bruised, and there won't be permanent effects. my younger sister dropped something on her toe and it turned blue, but eventually it be fine

They don't do anything for a broken toe unless it's bad enough to want surgery. Tape it up.
