im not trying to get attention i just took them grounds i was feeling depressed i merely want to understand why i don't feel sick!

Eighteen is not a lethal dose of aspirin.
Obviously you need to see a doctor and make conversation to them about this. You may have given yourself an sore or have internal bleeding. At any sign of blood in your poop or throwing up blood you requirement to see the docotr right away. Blood in throw up can look like coffee grounds or actual blood. Blood contained by poop can look like blood or you may just hold darker poop than usual.
It's time to be smart and get a referral from your doctor and start seeing a psychoanalyst. If everyone who felt depressed one day kill themselves our planet would not be inhabitated.
You know this and you'll do what you want but I will point out that the problem with using any kind of pills or drug to kill yourself is that it's very predictable the attempt will fail and you can wind up near health problems that will make your current depression look similar to a party.
Imagine feeling as depressed as you did AND man a brain damaged, drooling person who requirements your diaper changed, or being paralyzed or suffering from chronic pain. When you estimate about using a drug to commit suicide it's more likely you'll injure yourself than you'll eliminate yourself.

Offhand, I'd say that if you're so screwed up that you would even take 18 aspirins, that you might not be capable of feel the effects. Let's face it, you're pretty f**ked up.

Bruises are more serious, internal bleeding can go off and all the things your body normally does to restore to health itself on an hourly basis are counteracted.

Taking that many asprins, is not a well brought-up thing to do, just because you are depressed, reflect of the people it would effect around you if you were to die, and really, no problem is worth dying over, receive some help.please well i guess that God be being good to you do not do that again it really can slay you.
