I twisted my ankle and stipulation it heal asap

i was at gymnastics this morning around 10 am and i fell off the bean and i land on my ankle funny and its hurt ever since i think i twisted it and i have gymnastics adjectives this week for a long time each day and i entail my ankle i've iced it and it just doesnt seem to be on the road to recovery im currently elevaing it but i need it to be ok asap it hurts most when i flex and point it...is it twisted what should i do when will it b better

Answer:    Yea If you cant walk on it consequently skip gymnastics for a while, and do the Rest/Ice/Compression/Elevate (RICE) procedure. Also try taking some type of pain reliever and always hold your ankle elevate it, even while you sleep so that the blood wont go to the ankle and the swelling goes down. If it hurts so impossible that u wanna scream then yea run to the doctor..
firstly, get a tensor to keep it stable. if you are within absolute agony when you are walking on it, like you want to screech type pain, then bring back to a doctor. i would also take off of gymnastics for the week. don't put any pressure on your ankle.
