I used to listen to loud music near receiver, very soon my right ear is distinct deaf.?
my ears were fine up untill one night, when my right ear be throbbing it hurt so bad i retardley smacked it with an widen hand and the pain kinda go away,(weird i know) but i have always notice a slight deafness compared to my better hearing left ear, anyway i go to a ear specialist who put me in a booth, well they said i could hear better out of my right ear, and i be like that makes no sense, anyway the guy said it might be my cheek, was he crazy or dumb? anyway i want to go to a more specific ear place when i gain my health insurance back, can anyone reccomend what i should be looking for, are within more specific ear people out there, any thoughts would be great to see if could possible find out or correct doesn`t matter what this problem is.

When you find out what the closest Medical School is to you beckon the Dept of Otolaryngology (ENT also known as Ear, Nose, and Throat) of that school to grant them a bit of history and ask if any of the doctors there have experience beside issues like this.
One way you can find out is to ask to speak to one of the Nurses rather to find out more.
