I inevitability warning on falling asleep; how can I gain stern on my sleep diary? Barely get 4 hours ending darkness?
I wake up M W F at 9:00am, T TH at 7:00am, and Sa Su at 11:00 am. My school schedule is hectic and sleeping subsequently one day and getting up early the next repeatedly is making me sick.
Im not getting any sleep at darkness and I feel sick.
Answers: You should try going to sleep and waking up at the same time everyday so your body can procure used to it. Don't take naps until your night calendar is on track again. If you drink any caffeinated things (i.e. cola, coffee, tea, etc.), cut it out for a week. Avoid watching TV before you go to bed; it wires some people up. Also, though this never bothered me, you might want to cut out sugar any time after 7:00 pm. I used to enjoy insomnia too, but I did these things and it worked.
