Please assistance! I'm 15 and I can't..
I have hear of the inhalation treatment. My concern with it is that while you break the nicotine habit you don't break the habit of in actual fact smoking. By using something similar to a cigarette (mind you far healthier!) you will most likely pick up smoking once you stop using the inhaler. You could try using the inhaler for a short period while using another method (Ie the patch)All the best. I myself am surrounded by the process of trying to quit. It's very difficult but I think we'll both be better off once we see that nasty habit!

The only thing that worked for me and helped me see this habit was a natural homeopathic solution that I sprayed under my tongue. It gets quickly held into the blood vessels under your tongue and into the blood stream. It will reduce your desire to smoke and deter your smoking. This stuff is correct. I ordered this smoking deterant from here:

It's good that you want to quit smoking. I don't know anything about and inhaler with steam, I do know they own something like that at the drug store. My advice is to see your Doctor because you may need a prescription for it, plus he can discuss other option with you.
I used the Chantix and it worked for me and my husband. We have been smoke free for over 2 years.
Check out the quit smoking groups, support is awfully helpful.
