I procure a affliction within the inside of my vanished knees merely below the knees bonnet when I start to run.
When I start to run I get a pain of late below the knee cap on the inside of my not here leg. I don't get the same misery in my right knee. It go after running for a couple of minutes or so but the spot is quite tender for a while after I've finished. I had be running for about two weeks (not constantly!) with no problems since this started. Does anybody know what this could be and if there is anything I can do to treat it? Thanks.
Answer: it to do with compound sport you are doing (running). the knees is getting jared. with the inner of the knee boater it could be to do with the cartilage there, you may own a small tear in it cause the pain, keep it iced to dull swelling.
try low impact sports if this keeps up, and maybe dance see your GP if it carries on or gives you more probs..
You might be sensation the after effects of running. You have only be running for two weeks to you body probably has not gotten use to running. Its kind of close to if you life wieghts one day and your muscles hurt the year after. Your body has to get use to running and I don't presume that two weeks is quite enough for you body to return with use to this. If the pain continues over a long period of time I would jump and see a doctor. I had a similar problem last soccer season. This may or may not be the overnight case for you but what my problem turned out to be was the muscles around my kneecap and across the back of my knees were all especially weak since I hadn't been running much lately and be just now getting spinal column into the swing of things, and as a result, my kneecap was tracking wrong when I would genuflect causing the bone to rub at the cartilage. To work these muscles I used a milieu sized weight and did leg curls to sregnthen those specific muscles, but instead of doing multiple quick reps which truly can damage the cartilage, I did a rep and held it for 30 seconds to a minute. 5 reps, rest, do 5 more. once each day, it stregnthens up the muscles in no time .
if you have a bulge beneath your knee when you are done and have grown or shrunk a generous amount in a short amount of time it is probably Osgood Slaughter which unfortunately have no cure except ICER or ive heard it called RICE which is duplicate thing
Ice
Compression
Elevation
Relaxation
the relaxing is the best one after basketball practices i would get it try to accord with the pain if you can if see a doctor he could possibly prescribe something
or try a non impact sport or fitness work out depending on why you are running .
I would look at your alignment - I was fitted with a twosome of sneakers that had a strong post for the arch - which was incorrect for my foot - I have been near knee pain on the inner side of the knees and after getting a different sneaker - with no post has help - and stretching, that seems to be the best result I've tried - good luck! Before you started running 2 weeks ago you muscles be not used to moving that much. Now that you have started to run the muscles hold to move and are a little bit stiff. They will be sore but stretches will ease the stomach-ache.
Good Luck.
could give it a try on reflexology-supposed to be good for communal problem
