I worked out yesterday and very soon the middle of my arm hurts?
not where the biceps are but like where on earth the elbow is and it hurts to stretch out my arm
Answer: probaly cuzz ur mussle isnt used to working out that much. a little less subsequent time would help. or do it more often untill you capture used to it!.
i cant tell you what exactly is wrong but its likely nought serious. when anything like that happens, rest is other the best answer.
