I would similar to to walk into the nursing enclosed space not sure if should I should start out as a LPN or walk straight to RN?

Answer:

Pins and needles?

You should check if your college, or community college, has something like a "bridge program", where on earth if you do get your LPN, you can continue on to bring your RN without having to retake adjectives the classes, should you decide to further your education. Check to see if the credits are transferrable.
Getting your LPN is a polite way to see if you like the nursing paddock; however, getting your CNA (certified nursing assistant) can do this for you as well, and it only take a couple of months. Pretty much everyone who becomes a nurse starts out as a CNA, so this might be helpful.
Other things to consider: Some hospitals will repay for LPNs employed there to continue their background to an RN. If cost is an issue for you, this might be a determining factor.
Good luck!

I call for a funny story of why I sprained my arm? Any accepted wisdom?

The above statements are correct, however I know here in AZ my class is the last class who can run their LPN boards after Block 2 so we lucked out. Just be sure to check if you're going that route. Now if you go to JUST an LPN program than yes you can take a bridged program to drop to RN when you're ready. However if you're going to put yourself through the misery you might as well a short time ago go all out and find your RN. I'm almost done with my first Block and I know a lot of us contained by my class plan on taking our LPN boards after block 2.

Chest, put a bet on and arm throbbing?
