Icy/Hot cream give a hand!?
my shoulders hurt really bad [i think i strained them too much] and i wanna put some Icy/Hot cream on them. how do i do that lacking getting my hands all greasy?
Answer: hmm apply it directly to your shoulders consequently with a piece of plastic(like those bags you put your veggies surrounded by at the supermarket) rub it in.
u mite want to try the icy/hot pad or something close to that. i guess u could wear gloves or just wash ur hand a lot after u use it :]
