If you know roughly rime baths, read this!?

okayy so im really soar from cheerleading doubles, and i wanna take an ice hip bath but i dont have that much ice.

what if i full up my bath up with really cold dampen..would that do something for me?

Answer:    For sore muscles, heat works better at pain nouns than cold does. Take a long warm bath and roast the heat really soak into the muscles. The heat will relax and loosen the muscles, soothing them and helping to seize out any knots or tight spots. A cold bath would temporarily numb the muscles but would in reality make it feel worse once the numbness wore off-- the cold would stiffen and tighten the muscles.
