Im constantly massively tired and sleepy due to my hypothyroidism, can I transport something to restore this?
Im on 100 mg of levotiroxin, and my hormone levels seem t be typical. But Im so tired specially in the mornig, its so hard to draw from out of bed, I cant really control it. Im wodering if a food suplement, special diet or medication can help me have more sparkle and need less sleep. Anyone know?
Answer: I had the same problem and afterwards I changed my diet completely and it helped. Try eating fruits and vegetables more regularly things that will boost your energy like nuts, and don't put away too much carbs or eat too much of anything at once it will drain your energy and brand you sleepy and at times lethargic.

I also have hypothyroidism. I carry a check of my TSH levels about every 6 months. I do not own the symptoms you describe but the hormone levels do change from time to time. My medication have varied between 100microgram to 200 microgrammes (currently 150 microgrammes).How are you sure that your problem is due to your thyroid?
I suggest you see your doctor and discuss the problem with him/her.
The problem may hold another cause

As tiring as it is, the movement really can get you going!
Get lots of fluffy each day, especially if you can as time your wake hour after the sun actually rises-
the reason is that the retina within the back of the eye produces upbeat and alert chemicals with sunlight, so that how you start your year can really put you in gear!
Regular exercise, less sugar and caffeine (which attain you on a roller coaster of chemicals and lows) is a great idea.
Music can help your brain regualte itself, and if it's a honourable beat, your body will be more upbeat, too!

Poor thing... the thyriod really can be problematic and usually take a couple of years on medication, slowly reducing ratios, before its fixed, so the sooner you can receive to grips with the best natural sleep aids that work for you, the better!I hold found that food supplements can indeed help...
