paracetamol is just a very low grade spasm killer it wouldn't have done much, you could try warm tea it be known to be very soothing also a good cure is for you to lay down and place hot pack on your stomach, it can be impressively effective :) ... and if any of that doesn't work i suggest you see a doctor because it is possible you might have something wrong with you and if you ask your mom to see a doctor she will know your not lying because if you be you wouldn'tt be asking to see a doctor :) Source(s): personal expirence
