Answers:    Always make sure ur hands are clean when putting them IN or taking OUT!! .amend the solution every day in your contact container! Also, dont buy the cheapy solution...even though its a few bucks cheaper -- I sware on my life in that is a difference. I Always use Opti brand. For awhile, I was buying the walmart solution & it seemed like my contacts be tearing & such. ALSO, dont sleep in them! It can really mess your eyes up and they get intensely dry. I usually swim in mine -- just not opening your eyes obviously. It does take awhile to get use to them...but overall, they are wayyy better than bulky glasses. However I would hold a back up pair of specs just incase something happen w/the contacts or for at night time just laying around the house!! Source(s): Myself.I own contacts!!

Why heel is sore when put on..

Putting them in will irritate your eyes for a while.If you get daily wear contacts you own to keep them clean.I've been wearing contacts for years.What's bleak is when the day is windy or you're around a fan,they tend to dry the contacts out and you hold to keep putting drops in your eyes to alleviate the problem.Also,when you have a cold or something of that moral fibre that causes your eyes to be red and itchy,you won't want to wear them because it'll kind of hurt.They can be alot of trouble at times so prepare yourself.FYI put a drain guard in your sink!I've dropped one while putting them within and lost it down the drain!I cost me $60 just to replace the one I lost!

Always wash your hands since touching your eyes or the contacts.

Ensure that the lens is the right way round (touch the edges together and see which way the lens bends the most easily).

If you have different powers for respectively eye, be careful not to mix up your lens (I've done this quite a lot...).

When you hold it on the tip of your finger do not breath on it or it will float away and you won't find it until weeks latter when it's all dried up.

Don't leave them in too long. Give your eyes a rest sometimes.

Contacts worked great for me. Your optician will explain everything to you.

Hi my daughter simply turned 3yrs infirm..

hose your hands before and after, change the solution habitually, dont keep your contacts in for more than the recommended time, and keep your contacts luggage clean inside and out and NEVER sleep in them...they can fuse to ur eyeball! hope this helps Source(s): i've be wearing contacts for about 7 years :) KK

Does anyone else embezzle tramadol tablets?

its easy once u get used to it...see your doc closely...he should show u...but always make sure u see the little numbers on it in the desk light...if they are backwards your contact will really annoy u...use your index finger or what ever is comfortable...make sure u soak the lenses in a solution for sanitation

What steps wants to be taken earlier..

Dont leave them surrounded by too long.
Lots of people try to save some money and use contacts longer then they're supposed to, but it will hurt you contained by the long run, and the utter discomfort is not nearly worth the price

Try not to sleep in them. It really can irritate your eyes! Wash your hands before putting them contained by and taking them out.
