I'm not an athlete and I run a 2.5 mile see yesterday... today I can scarcely put your foot, next to horrible distress...?
My entire legs are in so much pain, when I try to meander, even worse when I try to go on stairs. How long with this later? What's best to help them heal? Should I stay rotten my feet as much as possible, or go almost my everyday activities to keep them contained by use?

Don't stay off your feet, you'll tighten up and it will be worse.Take a hot shower, stay contained by there a long time and let the hot hose run over your legs for quite awhile. when you get out do some buoyant stretching exercises. If you do this a couple of times a day it will get you through this faster.
You can steal an anti inflammatory like Motrin or Advil, ibuprophen in other words. Drinking a sports drink isn't a desperate idea to replace the minerals you lost in your sweat or munch through a couple of bananas. Be sure to drink plenty of water in overnight case some of the pain is due to dehydration.
Next time you do this make sure to do some stretching, a devout warm up and cool down for your muscles before and after exerting them.
deff appropriate it easy. ice your knees if your leg hurts in one particular spot (thigh knees ankle) trying doing exercises for them. llok them up on the internet

don't worry its natural if you haven't be outdoors much, the feeling weak should later a day or two.dont worry that happen to everyone who is not very fit and does alot of exercise...a few days and you will be fine!
