Sounds silly - but I'm just checking, lol.

I was cleaning my filter on my nouns purifier and I forgot to unplug it (I know...I know). I cleaned the 1st filter then went to grab hold of the 2nd one and touched two metal parts (one w/my thumb and the other w/my pointer finger) and it shocked me. Not anything horrible...it didn't knock me back but it definitely shocked me. It hurt a short time and my arm felt a little fuzzy for roughly 10 minutes.

Anyway...I feel fine now, so I'm probably okay - right? No break done?

You will be fine. 110 volts is not lethal, and that is why we use that amount of voltage here within the US.

Getting shocked doesn't affect you after the initial tingling. Shocking is even used surrounded by therapy for people who are depressed and own other diseases.
