I'm really tired adjectives the time. Why?
I'm 15-female 5'7" 115lbs. I'm usually tired A LOT, but starting on Wednesday I became EXTREMELY tired. I came home from arts school and took a 2 hour nap, woke up and ate, then go back to sleep at 8:30pm-5:50am. Thats a little over 11 hours. The subsequent day I am still extremely tired. I come home and take an hour and a partly nap. Go to bed around 9:30pm, wake up around 5:45am. Again, little over 9-10 hours. Today contained by school I was so tired. I be dragging all day. One lecturer was picking on me because I was partly asleep and another just kept looking at me like whats wrong beside her? I don't know why this is happening. I'm always tired close to this, but it just got worse. And I'm ingestion pretty normal/healthy too. No energy drinks/caffeinated pop. Another thing, I've be getting hungry a lot too. Well sort of. Sometimes I'll eat and 15 min after my stomach will growl. Sometimes I'm simply bored so I eat.
But why am I so tired all the time?
Answer:
Will I look typical directly after the Nuss Procedure's first surgery?(when the bar are in)?
You're lately sleeping too much. That's all. Everyone needs a different numbers of hours, and it can ebb and flow quite a bit person to entity. But I know that I need 6-7 hrs per day. So, if I start sleeping 9-10, I'm tired. If I start getting 4-5, I'm tired too.The other possibility is that you enjoy just come down w/ a common cold. If you turn up sick within the next daytime or two, then you're fatigue is b/c of that. The body needs more time to rest when you're aggression off a cold.
Also, sleep in this weekend. I know nearby are studies out there that have shown that the internal body clock of teenagers runs on a much different setting than adults. Meaning that teens really not supposed to be up and almost before about 10AM. 5:30 is pretty hasty.
I would wait another week or so before going to the doctor beside the fear of being anemic. It could be true, but if this started taking place only a few days ago, then it's a premature dive. Wait and see if you got a cold. Experiment w/ different amounts of sleep. You'll most likely seize back to normal within another few days.
Sometimes too, you just get mentally or physically run down and require a couple huge blocks of extra sleep to recharge your battery.
I don't know... I just wouldn't worry around. Regardless of the reason, sometimes you just obtain really tired, and it's usually nothing to worry nearly.
You're probably anemic and there is always the arbitrary that you might have mono. Time to see the Dr. You are a little bit underweight, too. Do you munch through a lot of sugar? Sometimes you can crash really bad from it.

I ruminate it has something to do with human being a Teen, my brother is 16, and he sleeps more now than he ever has contained by his life, and he's still tired all the time.I'm pretty sure its commonplace. I'm not anemic. Oh, and i was the same near the eating thing too.i still hold hungry and non hungry spurts...when like im hungry all the time, and than im not as hungry.its mundane...i think its your body going to hormonal changes.i don't know if you already get your period...but between like 12-17 i surmise is when you go through the puberty stage and your body changes.some hit that sooner than others.thats why the range is so big but i'd say the average is 14-16
