Maybe you would prefer your family doctor/nurse do it instead, ask your parents if you can do this instead. I always loathed injections at school and would get mum to embezzle me to the doctors instead. I have had like docotor all my life and I can other trust him to make an injection (no matter how painful) straightforward. If you have to have it at institution tell the nurse you are nervous and breed sure you are sitting down. A tetanus shot doesn't hurt when it is administered but for a day or two your arm may be a bit sore. Take an over the counter painkiller and use an ice-pack of it get bad.

Its not that desperate. I had a tetanus needle at the doctors a couple of years ago after human being bitten on the face by a dog. It was going to be only just a normal needle but consequently i got some tetanus booster needle and i swear it be bigger. It doesn't hurt though and just feels funny for a while after they verbs the needle out. But you will be all right. Just stay calm. It doesn't hurt and trust me think positive. Just regard that you rather feel a moment or two pinch than suffer that sickness. Also I recommend looking away try to think about anything that make you happy or calm. It's not that impossible trust me.
