I'm tired adjectives the time?
In the middle of January, one day I was only just so incredibly fatigued and drowsy. It was not normal, and I thought it would walk away. Well, its april now and it still hasn't gone away! no doctor seems to know whats going on. does anyone else hold or have had this and know how to fix it or why it could be going on?
Answer: There are alot of reasons why people grain tired, but i presume if you are drowsy alot of the time you have tried to sleep more haha
If you have consequently make sure you are getting enough vitamins and vim into your body, basicly eat good stuff (and lots of it)
If none of this works and your doctors still dont know at hand is a CHANCE that it could be 'chronic fatigue syndrome'. As the name suggests it means you are tired, alot. There are things to net it better for you if this is the case but doctors are having alot of trouble diagnosing this right in a minute for some reason which makes me expect it couldd be that. Try googling it and see how many symptoms you match (that should hide away you from going private like most chronic fatigue sufferers have to)
The final thing you can do is see another doctor, some are better than others ;) Hope that helps :)
It could be profusely of factors which is draining your energy and making your fatigued. Depression, Thyroid problems, Mono, Infection and so forth.
You are doing the right entry seeing the doctors, but to help figuring out your problem you should document any other small or generous health and mental problems you are noticing. Losing more tresses or weight, unable to lose counterbalance. Then take that list to the doctor the subsequent time you go.
Lots of foot bruising (not diabetic)?
It would help if i know your age. But try taking a multivitamin for 2 weeks and see if that helps. It sounds like you may not be gettin plenty sleep. You need at least 7-8 hours. If you are a teen you requirement more because your body is growing and changing and requires 8-10 hours of sleep. If all your doctors bloodwork, etc is okay, i would bet its a loss of sleep cause tiredness like that.Is it a reality that touching your ear next to your adjectives finger will relieve the throbbing?
You may be eating the wrong types of food. Fast food and greasy food make your body super tired. Try changing up your diet.Take a daily multivitamin and a B12 supplement.
