Answer:    Chiropractors are quacks! Your body hurts cause your building muscle. Massaging it will help the discomfort go away and if its bad pop an advil. Make sure you drink lots of dampen and it will feel better in a daylight or two. The muscles are going to be sore as they become stronger from the new strain you put on them.
You put a stress on your body, so your body rebuilds itself stronger surrounded by that area than before so if it happen again your body is ready for it. If you don't continue to exercise the muscles they will slowly break down until they are a short time ago big enough to handle your morning to day stresses. That way your body isn't wasting perkiness on muscles it doesn't need.
Your body wants to be strong ample to handle the stresses you need to put on it, but it doesn't want to be so strong that you can't preserve it fueled. So it grows and shrinks to find its own balance. Cool huh?.
i weight elevate for cheer leading (yes cheer) and you probably got wrong position and it injured your fund. always make sure to be within a good supportive position because you can mess up your back completely easily. Heat will definitely cause it worse. You need to visit a chiropractor as soon as possible..
Try resting it and give somebody a lift Advil. If it continues to hurt and not get better, see a doctor.
