Infected blister on foot...Use Lotrimin?

I have an infected blister on my palm and its very red around it and my ring finger is a bit swollen. I call my doctor to see what I could due to treat it and I was told to use Lotrimin on it for two weeks. Will this relieve the redness and swelling? It's for athletes foot but apparently it will cure an infected blister? Just needed to find out if this correct before I put it on my open infected blister. Thanks for the aid.

I've be have twinge within my departed arm that go from my shoulder right down to my fingers.?

Most infected wounds are bacterial infections, not fungal. Athlete's foot is a fungal infection, so I don't think an athlete's foot medication is appropriate.
Clean it carefully and considerately with soap and warm sea and apply an antibacterial cream such as neosporin. Bandage it since it's an open blister. Keep a very close eye on it, if the infection doesn't rearrange or gets worse you will probably need to be in motion to the doctor's and get antibiotics.

What cause of lower spinal column backache?

i would use Bacitracin or a Triple Antibiotic, not Lotrimin. Unless there is a fungal infection, after Lotrimin would make sense.
