Okay I cut my toenail to short on one side like over a week ago. I started to notice Tue dark it was different looking w some yellow puss, economically wed it looked worse and I cleaned it and all. Yesterday it looked better and today Ive been putting proxide, neosporin and a bandaid w/neosporin on it. yesterday it hurt to wander on my foot or if someone or one of my dogs stepped on my foot. Today it feel 100% better, but its still kinda swollen w some yellow puss. Not as much as tue, wed or even yesterday but some. Sorry its kinda hurtful.
My question is what can I do besides peroxide and neosporin? I dont really wanna call my doc or whoever exact id rather treat it myself any direction please. Im 6 months pregnant if that matters.

Try pouring peroxide on it at least 3 times a daylight. Then try tea tree oil alternating with the neosporin. Also, if you want you can try grinding some aspirin poultice. You put dry aspirin on it near a hot water baggie or compress over it. Leave it on about 10 minutes. It pulls the poisen.

This is how I would do everything.

1. Squeeze pus out.
2. Pour peroxide
3. aspirin compress
4. more peroxide
5. one time use tea tree grease and one time use neosporin

If you start to get more pus or if you see a red line or the nouns gets hotter or you start feeling doomed to failure RUN to the doctor.

This last thing is a event of personal choice. I would [myself] lance it so that the pus cannot grow BUT there are those who right to be heard not to do it. I am not recommending it. I am just throwing it out within for you to think about.

Finally, I am not a doctor, I am a mother and you necessitate to really pay attention to what you are doing.
