Infection surrounded by toe or not?
So, for the past couple of days my big toe has really be hurting, not bad though. It is a dark red color. A couple weeks ago, I have an infection in the same toe and I am wondering if its vertebrae? I have poked it, but all that comes out is blood.
Answer: I've have a lot of ingrown toenails removed without using the numbing agent, and I wouldn't appointment it surgery. Its a simple in office procedure.but I hold also seen infections get worse by not treating an ingrown toenail. I would engineer an appt. with a podiatrist, if you don't get the numbing agent, they usually cost $40-$60 depending on your location. It depends on your distress tolerance. Either way...get it looked at by a podiatrist. .
sounds approaching it could be an ingrown toenail i had one a few months ago and it was incredibly very painful i cldnt even hike and i had swelling and like this beneath skin grow through because it got so bad and it get really badly infected you should go to the doctors they will be capable of see if it is or not and if it is you will have it removed which can hurt a bit (i refused to enjoy mine removed because im a wimp) but mine just grew out but it took like 2 months. but apparently its better to hold it removed its less painful.
