So I know I'm an idiot. I used Vim cleaner on a cooking tray to get off some cooked on residue...rinsed it (clearly not enough) and cooked burgers on it.

A afternoon later I had the worst diarrhea of my natural life and its been 4 days and I'm still having diarrhea (feeling a bit better) but still a moment or two uncomfortable.

Should I seek medical facilitate? What would they tell me other then to a moment ago drink water? Any suggestions?

Well, seeing as it's now 4 days on, I wouldn't utter there was much anyone could do for it. Even so, give the name poison control - use google for the number in your country.

It doesn't sound close to you've ingested very much at all, so possibly it wasn't even the Vim that caused it - dodgy burgers?!

Yeah, so call posion control and see what they read out - it should be free and the numbers will all be on google.
